1. Import Duties and Taxes
All import duties, customs charges, tariffs, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the client. The client is required to settle these charges directly with the relevant customs authorities or clearance agency. Our agency is not liable for, nor responsible to cover, any such costs on behalf of the client.

3. Products and Orders
‍We aim to describe our products asaccurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
‍Prices may vary and exclude applicabletaxes, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using approved payment methods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
‍We ship globally using trusted logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Disclaimer: NautiVac is not responsible for delays caused by global supply chain disruptions, pandemics, political instability, customs clearance issues, or any other force major events beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Return shipping may be required. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened vacuum bags.
7. Warranty
‍Our vacuum garbage bags are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
8. Product Safety
‍To ensure safe use of our products:
- Do not place your head or body inside the vacuum bags. Doing so may result inserious injury or suffocation.
- Keep bags away from infants, children, and pets.
- Use only as intended and dispose of responsibly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NautiVac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Purchasing and using NautiVac products is done at your own risk and in accordance with provided guidelines.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sale was made. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law of the relevant jurisdiction.
